Boiler Dimensions: 68mm outer diameter. The K006 is a miniature steam engine model featuring a vertical boiler. It is constructed from brass and aluminum alloy, and is equipped with an aluminum alloy boiler that includes a safety valve, along with a brass cylinder and piston, utilizing externally mounted copper pipes. Steam is directed through piping into one side of the steam manifold. The cylinder employs a rocking structure, where the rotation of the crankshaft simultaneously drives the piston and cylinder assembly to swing left and right. The main support bracket is fitted with both an intake and an exhaust port. When the cylinder swings to the position of the intake port, steam from the boiler enters the cylinder, pushing the piston forward, commonly referred to as doing work. The crankshaft, connected to the top of the piston, drives the piston in a synchronized rotation.

The inertia of the flywheel causes the cylinder's air port to align with the intake hole of the main support bracket, resulting in a pressure drop within the cylinder, which halts the forward movement of the piston. As it continues to rotate, the cylinder's air port moves to the position of the exhaust port on the main support bracket. The piston, following the crankshaft's rotation, retracts while simultaneously expelling the steam from the cylinder.

This process continues, allowing the cylinder to enter the next cycle of work, repeating indefinitely. Aluminum Alloy Integrated Molded Conical Combustion Steam Engine Model Toy: A larger cylinder requires a boiler with a greater capacity to drive it; therefore, the vertical boiler has been redesigned. The core is machined from 6061 aluminum alloy on a CNC lathe into a conical combustion chamber, which has a larger surface area to absorb the heat generated by the alcohol lamp. This design aims to maximize combustion efficiency within the limited size of the boiler, thereby producing sufficient steam (large heat absorption, high efficiency conversion). Aluminum Alloy Safety Valve: The boiler is equipped with a safety valve that automatically opens to release pressure when it exceeds the set value.

Water Level Indicator: A water level indicator is also installed to prevent the boiler from running dry during operation. Dual-use Alcohol Lamp Design: This design provides greater heat output and features a no-wick design.

The redesigned alcohol lamp eliminates the wick; instead, liquid alcohol is filled into the alcohol bowl and ignited directly, allowing the lamp to provide greater heat while avoiding wick wear. The alcohol bowl can also accommodate solid alcohol blocks for burning, achieving equally excellent results.

Alloy Aluminum Steam Engine Model Kit x1. Please screw the brass exhaust pipe from the packaging into the exhaust port on the side of the machine. The blue chimney cap should be installed on the central smoke outlet at the top of the boiler. Open the safety valve and add boiling water, ensuring that you do not exceed the upper limit of the water level indicator (use purified water to avoid impurities blocking the cylinder piston, which could affect the machine's performance). After filling with water, re-install and tighten the safety valve.

Remove the alcohol lamp from the packaging and fill it with alcohol of at least 75% concentration up to two-thirds of its total capacity. Place the alcohol lamp directly under the boiler in the base. Ignite the alcohol lamp to heat the boiler. Under the condition of adding hot water to the boiler, it will need to be heated for at least 5 minutes to bring the water in the boiler to a boil, producing sufficient steam to drive the steam engine. Wait until noticeable steam is escaping from the brass cylinder before starting the flywheel to operate the machine. Do not start the steam engine prematurely to avoid loss of pressure in the boiler, which could create difficulty in starting. It is strictly prohibited to heat the boiler when the water level is below the lower limit of the water level indicator! During the heating process, do not attempt to look down into the chimney from above!!! Flames may be ejected from the chimney; keep all body parts away from above the chimney!!

Throughout the heating process, DO NOT TOUCH the boiler, cylinder, exhaust pipe, and other high-temperature parts. The steam emitted by the machine is at high temperature and can cause burns!! Do not touch the rotating parts of the machine while it is in operation, especially the rotating gears. Do not attempt to start the gears manually, as this can cause damage!

Each time you use the machine, please inject lightweight lubricating oil into the brass cylinder and piston in advance for lubrication. When extinguishing the alcohol lamp, to minimize the risk of leakage, ensure that the boiler has sufficient water. Allow the alcohol in the lamp to burn completely until the lamp extinguishes itself before removing it. If you need to remove the alcohol lamp midway, use a wet wipe or damp cloth to protect your hands while slowly removing it. Covering the alcohol lamp with the red cap can also extinguish the flame. Please strictly observe safety when using alcohol. Children must use the alcohol lamp under adult supervision!!! The model's high speed may cause vibrations, so ensure it doesn't fall to the ground. ONLY SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE OVER 16+. DON'T TOUCH THE SURFACE OF THE MACHINE DURING OPERATIONS TO AVOID BURNS. IF THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, DO NOT FORCEFULLY START IT. IMMEDIATELY INSPECT THE ENGINE OR CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
