Appears to be all original and complete, right down to the vintage AC spark plug. Has good spark and compression, started up and ran well on starting fluid no smoke or noises. Fuel tank and carb should probably be cleaned before use. Makes a nice collectible for shelf display, includes the original air filter. Has a 4 bolt pattern on the bottom for various applications. Notice the chip missing from the starter pulley, does not affect the function. As nice as you would ever find, original paint and data plate.
