When and if heat tabs are melted or removed. Negligence, abuse, natural perils, and any accident of unit. Does not include switches, sensors, or any labor charges. The cost of labor required to remove and install a repaired or exchanged engine to the vehicle.

Oil leaks, blown head gasket or any other engine damage due to over heating issues that may be caused by poor water circulation, clogged radiator, stuck thermostat or a faulty water pump, etc. Decrease in performance of any covered part due to normal wear and tear. The engine if it is used for competitive driving or racing. Tune-ups and adjustments, filters, hoses, belts, lubricants, coolants, emission control devices, spark plugs, tune-up parts, etc. Loss caused by defective timing belt. A brand new timing belt must be installed.

Loss caused by modification or forced induction (NOS, Turbos, Supercharged) for which the engine was not designed. Failure to install parts properly will void all warranties. Customer Responsibility: Replace seals, gaskets, and filters before installing!

Torque Converter must be properly seated and aligned to the front pump. Cooling lines must be flushed of debris before installing. We do not guarantee miles. All the parts are tested either before or after removal from the vehicle.

Before purchasing the item, the customer MUST verify that the item will fit the said vehicle. There may be light scuffs, scratches or other imperfections as a result of this being a used part. What does RH and LH mean? In the US LH means Driver Side, and RH means Passenger Side.
