Vintage Bike Bug Bike Motor Friction Drive Bicycle Engine Tanaka TAS Runs

  
This engine had been sitting in storage for many years. I recently replaced the fuel lines, flushed the tank and cleaned the carburetor. The engine will start up and run briefly when gas is poured directly in the cylinder and it will run around the block from an auxiliary tank that is higher than the carburetor, but there's an issue with the vacuum system used to pull the gas up from the tank to the carburetor. The gas tank is dented as shown. The control lever is rusty as shown and many of the other chrome parts are also rusty.
