50's David Bradley Briggs & Stratton Engine Motor Long Block # 106030 OEM NLA

  
Here is a very rare Sears, David Bradley, Briggs & Stratton Longblock/Backing /points plate assembly. It came off a Sears Bradley rototiller, motor model # 106030. It is in good structural shape. The cast iron block is in good shape with good finning. This is a 2" bore with a 2" stroke. The head is in good fettle as well. Piston and valve train is not cracked, bent, or holed out! It spins out smoothly in all four cycles.

Very few vertical striations in the cylinder wall as well. The alloy backing plate looks pretty good with some typical dirt in tight areas. The electrical is not tested, although I looked for burn spots and didn't see anything shorted that was obvious. Comes with the points cover too. This was stored in a dry barn here in Colorado, so the assembly wasn't subject to a lot of humidity or brutal rust.

It comes with all the head bolts, gasket, spark plug, and kill tab. This is a relatively complete unit and hard to come by anymore.
