New, with all original packing & instructions. 1948 Panhead 1200 Engine Kit (HPK1). Very rare, precision diecast metal engine kit.

This kit builds into a fully working model engine - crank turns; pistons, valves, transmission move. Cut away sections allow seeing moving parts inside the engine. Combined with the included motor unit, the engine operates using the small throttle twist grip on the motor unit and can be "rev'd" through its RPM range. A must have for any Harley-Davidson enthusiast!

Just a beautiful thing to look at and own! Assembly is with small screws and disassembly/reassembly is possible. The model is comprised of over 300 precision parts.

Check out the quality of the engine casting in the photos. Motor unit comes with A/C power supply.

Note: This model is not a toy and assembly should be preformed by someone with more advanced modeling skills.
