They have a hardness of 60° with a tolerance accuracy of ±. 005mm, ensuring high precision and improved wear resistance. The entire M16 series features aluminum alloy bases with a thickness of 8mm for single cylinders and 10mm for double cylinders or V4 models. While it may not have the visual effect of bamboo bases, a solid aluminum alloy plate provides a sense of robustness to the machine. The flywheel diameter in this series is 65mm while the pulley diameter is 30mm, both made from 6061 aluminum alloy.
